Melissa Murtha, LAc, MSTOM

Melissa Murtha is a nationally certified, Pennsylvania state licensed acupuncturist.  Her interest in alternative medicine stems back to her high school days, when her father took her to see a chiropractor for an ankle sprain from a volleyball injury.  Her further self-motivated research led her to a deep interest and connection with Oriental Medicine.

A native of Uniontown, Melissa received her undergraduate BA in Psychology from LaSalle University in Philadelphia.  She received her Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

Melissa has recently formed the group Red Lily Acupuncture, to tie her two practice locations together.  She is available in Uniontown on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and she is available in Greensburg on Tuesdays.  

Melissa and her husband Jerrod reside in Uniontown and are the proud parents of three daughters, Paisley, Charley and Lilley and a dog named Holley.
